Exercise regularly (talk to your doctor before starting an exercise program; weight bearing exercise stimulates the production of new bone cells.)
Limit coffee, tea and alcohol in your diet
Calcium is important because it can help build and maintain bones, regulate the heartbeat, conduct nerve impulses and is part of the blood clotting system.
