I believe i am bi polar. I havent been to a doctor due to the fact im ,to put it simply...f-cking scared of finding out the truth. I have mood swings where im totally euphoric ,work my ass off think im the bees knees ..go over board on sport then i have phases of feeling suicidle ..melancholy..guilt ..i feel like im a zero..im scared i know i need help...but how do i get help?
