Alzheimers Disease

Alzheimers disease, formerly known as "senility" or "Dementia" has become almost epidemic. Past research has attributed it to a genetic aberation, which may have some validity. However, recent studies have shown that many people who suffer from alzheimers disease have no family history. It's theorized that alzheimers may be due to a "lazy brain". Activities such as reading, doing puzzles, playing card games etc. can abate or prevent alzheimers disease. It's all about keeping your brain active!
