As with exersise, a helthy diat is important in the quest for staying young. Instead of eating fast food and frozen dinners take a little more time to eat fresh foods. Sauteing a few fresh vegetables and lean meat takes very little time. My favorite utensil is a WOK, in fact, I have two of them. Throw in a few frozen stir fry vegetables and some meat (chicken, shrimp or any fish, beef, pork, use your imagination) Quick, easy, delicious and helthy..MM MM MM
