Hey, I don't know if it is helping at all. But, I too have this disorder. And, I am on the medication. I guess, you can say the medication helps...But, I feel a lot diffrent. And, I feel like im a whole new me. And, I truthfully don't like it. There is nothing really I can say or do to help you, but i thought you should know from someone who has to take the medication on a daily basis. That it isn't fun feeling diffrent, im loosing a lot of friend who won't accept the new me. And, it makes me wonder with my disorder... is there a future that lies ahead of me. I'm almost 14, and i have a lot on my mind with bipoler and a lot more disorders with it. Just talk to her/him, tell them what you're thinking of the whole thing. And see how they feel about it. im sure in the end, you'll figure out something.
