Exercise

It goes without saying that exercise is a major key to maintaining good health and staying young at any age. Most people under the age of 60 get sufficient exercise by their daily activities. As we age we tend to become somewhat more sedentary. Activity is crucial to maintaining long term health. Ya gotta move it people!
