Thank you for the information- it is helpful to understand the Cholestrol issues. I have a little high cholestrol around 230 mg/dl and surprising the LDL is only 115 mg/dl and the HDL is 41 mg/dl. Is it possible to control without any medication. Any suggesation please would be helpful. rgds
