What causes Seizures?

- Flashing Bright lights

-not enough sleep

- stresses/Anxiety (about something that.s very Scary such as a Movie or a T.V SHOW if you.ve got (GAD) Genralized Anxiety Disorder talk with you.re Friends or Teachers about these Problems as Soon as you can but if not ur Bodies Reactions might end up being a Seizure

-starring at a Computer screen to long

-or massive Impullsses like a Bright light can Bring on a Seizure
