Hi the awnser is yes being a bipolar the brain and the affects the alcaholl has on it for a bipolar can be very seveere what you could normally controll or atleast have a sertin restraint on your disease can be compleetly numbed with alcaholl being a bipolar myself my affects where uncontrollable rage deepe psycotic episodes and irrational thaughts and actions every bipolar is different of course but my suggestion would be steere clear of alcaholl or like I do keepe it in verry controlled moderation I never drink more than 6 beeres liquor is a no no it hits you to hard and fast any other questions feele free to ask
