I have gone a year without a period and am 53yrs old. I had hot flashes before for a while then had no problems until now.I wake up some nights in total sweats where I am soaked from head to toe. I am a smoker so I do not do any drugs for menopause. I have no insurance. I wonder what the heck I'm sweating out at night that completely soaks me at certain nights of the week. Not every night. HELP ME!!
