Hello,
My name is Martha and I have beeen diagnosed with high Cholestrol.
My total count was 6.03
LDL was 4.4
HDL 1.63
These are Canadian Readings. I have chosen to diet and excercise. Can you please tell me what the normal levels for hDL and LDL are.
