Hello;
I am 52 years old and I have deficiency of Iron, which I am recovering through taking the iron supplements, Would you kindly advise me is it adivsable to take iron supplements without consulting a physician, and what other vitimans should I take in order to absorb the iron well into my body tissues. Especially if I take vitiman E as a supplement or what are other natural sources to get Vit. E.
Thanks for so much beneficial information I did find from your website.
Thanking you and anticipate an early response about the vitiman usage recommendations for me.
Thaks and regards
