Treatment of Hemorroids

Hemmroids can be treated in several ways. Most important way is to keep stools soft as they pass through the bowels which will lower the pressure and straining. Non straining exercise suchg as walking, a high fiber diet to help to reduce constipation will also help. Hemmroid creams have very little effect on the treatment of hemmroids.
