Can we really live to be 120 years old? Or even 150 years old?

Research indicates that not only is it possible but, probable. In 1935, the average life span in the United States was 59.7 years. In 1950 it was 68.2 years. By 1970 people lived on a average to 70.8 years. 1985 was 74.7 years. Today the average person lives to the ripe old age of 77.9 years of age. Can we make it to 120 plus? ABSOLUTELY!

Why are we living longer? There are many reasons. Todays medical technology and research has made great strides in understanding the ageing process. Although we can start the age reversal process at any age it should start at around the age of 40 or 45. I started "Staying Young" at 59. I for one have no interest in spending my "golden years" sitting in a nursing home wearing a diaper and drooling on my self! Ideas anyone?
