Low Cholestrol Foods

Exercise of course is important for lowering cholestrol but, a diet of low cholestrol foods is also very important. Here is a list of foods to help lower your cholstrol:
Fruits
Vegetables
Fish, chicken (skinless), and lean meats
Whole-grain cereals, pastas, and rice
Fat-free or 1% milk
Fat-free or low-fat yogurt
