Some in the medical commuity have linked high blood pressure to dementia however, there is no conclusive proof of those allegations. But, there is a study that contributes high blood pressure to memory problems as well as slow reaction times in the elderly. What has traditionally been referred to as dementia is now known as Alzheimers Disease
