Imune System and Diet

There are many foods that help to strengthen the imune system. Any fruits of vegetable dark in color are strong antioxidants which will boost the imune system such as Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Tomatoes, Melons, any dark Greens etc. Even coffee and Red Wine.
